This old dame is looking over her shoulder to see if there are any birds of prey competing for her dinner. I always think these birds look like little old ladies wrapped in shawls having a natter over a cup of tea. Each bird is handmade and handpainted and so completely unique.  Approx. size: 21cm long and 18cm high. Quite heavy, so perfect as a paperweight or to guard your bookshelf.
